To what I understand about liquid labor 

it is a phenomenon of today society

In other words, liquid labor also known as liquid life,

 based on Zygmunt Baumun

He said: liquid life is "a precarious life, lived under conditions of constant incertainty"

Complicated?

Yes, to me is very complicated.

Allow me to provides some examples

I would say in liquid society

 we are little poor water molecule

I' m sure everyone know this since primary school

water do not have shape

water shape themselves according what shape of object you put them in

they got no choose but to stand

At this point, water constantly change like what in liquid labor, people change constantly to not being leave out from the society.

Human made by 70% of water 

we can live without food but we can't live without water

 We love water

However,

water is UNCERTAINTY

water is dangerous

but why did I said so?

Cyberspace

In past decade, without fail, everyone familiar with this term, even baby boom and generation Y. Of course, to us, generation X, we active in cyberspace. Cyberspace is not a physical existent, it is not touchable, or I would say this is mythological.

I would like to list down the best things about cyberspace in the following

In Cyberspace, everyone is equal.

cyberspace is an open door for everyone, even you are a prisoner.

there are no social class 

there are no age limit 

there are no gender different

there are no standard like in reality

Bao Zheng always represent "fair" in Chinese's heart

In Cyberspace, everyone treated as fair.

similar to everyone is equal.

Simple, allow me to ask you a question

If your are Prime Minister of Malaysia, and today you want to use Google to search something.

Do you think Google will prepare you a special pathway only for you, as VIP

to serve you better?

The precise answer of this question I 'm sure you know much more better than me.

Cyber world,

Do you agree with me?

Everyone pass through the same method, same procedure for everything you want to do in cyberspace.

No corruption

No privilege

No racism

No stereotype

No prejudice

In Cyberspace, everyone is pure.

There are no laws. 

In a better word according to John Perry Barlow,

there are no problem in cyber world.

The problems exist because of us.

Cyberspace would automatically identity and weed out the problem.

In Cyberspace, everyone is free.

As long as you are in Cyberspace, you  are actually allow to say what ever you feel to. 

You are allow to do whatever you like.

The only issues is, we are living under the controlling of Laws.

You not able to speak/write/publish something that might bring other reputation down, 

we can't do anything that going to infringe the law. 

The restrains I mention is all only happen in reality.

If you really did one of them, are you going to arresting or punishing in Cyberspace?

The Cyberspace is like what Jesus said

it is a harmony paradise.

I want to be prefect

and there is impossible in the Earth

you able to find someone who are perfect.

And, who can tell me what the meaning of perfect?

Before this, I would like to define What is networking in my opinion. 

Networking is not an object but is a technology which connects

Is like oxygen, we can't see, touch, or feel it

but it is exists

I believe,

network will be like an oxygen one day which everyone can't live without network

Networking consist of a group of two or more computers connected to each electronically.

 Networking can link every computer in the network and communicate with each others. We can use the network to connect everyone together globally through internet such as facebook, email, etc. Computers can be part of several different networks. Networks can also be parts of bigger networks. Networking are available all the time with sufficient information.

Mention Information Ecology,

Based on scientific study, ecology is a study of living organism & environmental

But what is Information Ecology?

Like what I said previously,

6 "Shoot" From Afterwork: Why Networks Matter, by Manuel Castells

To me, picture always can raise my interest on someone, thus I decided to  "use" his photo here.

First of all, let me introduce who is Manuel Castells. He is a sociologist who did a numbers of research  and  wrote a numbers of articles and books, especially in those topic relate to information society and communication.

When I first read this "Power does not reside in institutions, not even the state or in large corporations. It is located in the networks that structure society.", until the fourth word, my mind come out a word--" SHIT", what is the meaning of "reside"...   Kinda hate myself being in this situation. 

Decided to force myself read this article with my good friend- dictionary

RESIDE - meaning "belong to" 

As people surrounded me, they know, I am from totally chinese education + family background. To me, to read a full English article is a tough mission.

Network is like the galaxy, it is huge, it is infinity. We not able to find where is the ending. 

The node of the network is like the planets in the galaxy

or I would like to say 

the node of the network is represented all of us

The Earth moving around the Sun on the "track"

but we can't see the "track"

I would say we connecting with each other on "track" of the network

but the "track" of the network is much more flexible than the poor Earth's track

Network and its track is tie with us

I would say 

we are living with the network

According to Castells,

Technology is including information and communication. Technology is not able to determine society but there are influences each others.

1. Globalization

I agree with this, whether you are willing or not willing to, network are communication with you, even you don't agree with it. 

According to Geoff Mulgan, network communicate and incommunicate at the same time.

2. Flexible

I would say network organization is a commander, there are a lots of unnecessary procedure can be skips. It's flexible.

eg. with the use of internet, to see how Egypt 's pyramid look, just a few second we able to see it, or even more.

  

3. Political Institution, De Facto respond

Honestly, I am not very sure of this point. (please give me a more understandable explain on this, or provide me example, if you can.)

What I interpret is, the political institution able to take action or control, in crisis management. 

4. Civil Society

People able to exchange view, discuss, debate and judge on something depending on different situation.

 

5. Sociability

Network always open door for sharing, people share their life and their perception. 

6. Social Practice in Media Space

Network allow us to communication including mainstream, TV, radio and so on.

Power does not reside in institutions, not even the state or in large corporations. It is located in the networks that structure society.

Manuel Castells said, power is "switchers"

I would like to describe the "switchers" is the "track" 

The Track connecting and disconnecting networks 

Last,

I admit myself not 100% understood the whole article about. But I think I get what Manuel Castells trying to conveys.
